Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The product delivered is significantly different from the item ordered.
• A return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Customized or made-to-measure garments
• Personalized products
• Altered garments
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all accessories, if applicable

Pohor Couture reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product received
• Size exchanges (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Orders that have entered production, customization, embroidery, alteration, or shipping stages cannot be cancelled.
